Order Information

Flavors: Custom orders have a choice between vanilla bean and confetti. Seasonal flavors are offered throughout the year for various holidays.

Cookie Cost: My custom hand-piped full size sugar cookies (3-4") start at $80 per dozen. Mini accent cookies are also available to add on as an option for unexpected guests, younger kids, or people who would prefer a smaller cookie. Crafting decorated sugar cookies is a detailed process, taking a few days for planning, baking, decorating, and packaging. Each set typically takes between 10-20 hours to complete. Rest assured, I prioritize quality and precision and each cookie set I create is unique. Therefore, I ask that you do not request other cookier's work as designs will vary and not be exact to inspiration photos sent.

Packaging: Your custom cookies will be individually sealed in food-safe cello bags per CT cottage food state law. If you would like each cookie wrapped as a party favor with a hand-tied bow, please add $6 per dozen. Your cookies will hand packaged in a charming bakery-style window box or a convenient cookie crate with handles for larger orders.

Pick up Information: Conveniently pick up your order in southern Newtown, CT. I'm about 15 minutes from Trumbull and 25 minutes from Fairfield. The pick up address and pick up time are coordinated closer to the event date. Delivery also available for an additional fee upon request, depending on order size. Due to cottage food laws, I am unable to ship at this time.

Payment Information: Secure your date and complete your order by completing payment within 72 hours of receiving your invoice. Please note that if your invoice is not settled within 72 hours, the booking date is automatically released and invoice canceled. For cancellations, I offer refunds up to 24 hours after payment is accepted. After that, work has likely already begun on your order. Any change requests are accepted up to 72 hours after payment is received. After that, all changes are determined on a case by case basis and a small fee will apply.

Cookie Care: Each cookie is meticulously hand-piped with royal icing. Maintain their design and freshness by keeping them at room temperature. Avoid refrigeration. Detailed care instructions are included with your order. When cookies are heat sealed, they will remain fresh for up to two weeks (typically longer) at room temperature. Please note that once the cookies are in the client's possession, it is the client's responsibility to follow proper cookie care. Serene Baking Co. is not responsible for damage incurred after pick up.
